WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

Unworn shoes and socks are only acceptable for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All return or exchange items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Refunds will by refunded in the same manner that the item was paid for (shipping charges are non-refundable).

 

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?

Please locate the order form enclosed in your shipment and on the back is an easy-to-use Return/Exchange form. Complete this form and include it in the shipment back to us. For your convenience, a prepaid UPS return label has been enclosed with your order. Simply pack your return back in its original packaging and affix the prepaid label over the original shipping label. You can then drop off the package at any UPS Store, UPS Dropbox, UPS Pickup Point or with any UPS driver and your package will be returned to us. An $8.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your return for using the included prepaid label. This fee will be waived if you are keeping any item from your order or exchanging your item.

Alternatively, you can avoid this restock fee by providing your own shipping back to us at your own expense. Any returns made this way can be sent to the following Return Address:

Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receiving the item(s) back at our warehouse.

WHAT ABOUT EXCHANGES?

Footnotes.com now offers a simple and FREE exchange process. Simply locate the order form enclosed in your shipment and on the back is an easy-to-use Return/Exchange form. Complete this form and include it in the shipment back to us.  You can use the FREE pre-paid UPS return label to drop off your exchange to any UPS Store, UPS Dropbox, UPS Pickup Point or with any UPS driver.  Exchanges are subject to availability at the time your item is received and processed.  Exchanges are processed within 2 business days of receiving the item(s) back at our warehouse.
