WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
Unworn shoes and socks are only acceptable for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All return or exchange items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Refunds will by refunded in the same manner that the item was paid for (shipping charges are non-refundable).
WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?
We are committed to your 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you would like to return unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase, you will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (shipping charges are not refundable).

Click on the item(s) that you wish to return and follow the prompts to return your item(s). Complete the return process to generate a return shipping label that can be used to send your item back to us. Please note that a $8.95 restock fee will be deducted from your return when this label is generated.
If you wish to avoid this restock fee you can instead exchange your item (see the section below) or provide your own means of shipment back to our distribution center using any major carrier such as UPS, FEDEX or USPS.

WHAT ABOUT EXCHANGES?
We offer a simple and FREE exchange process.
Visit the link here and enter your order number and shipping zip code to bring up the item(s) included in the order.
Click on the item you wish to exchange and follow the prompts to select a new size. Complete the exchange process to generate a return label that can be used to send your exchange back to us. Please note that all restock fees are waived when exchanging item(s).
Once the package arrives at our distribution center we will complete the exchange and generate a new order and tracking information for your exchange shipment. Exchanges are usually completed within 1 to 2 business days.
